British Mountaineering Council Guide to Bolting consists of two part. Part one has to do with climbers,
specially those who only climbed indoors and are about to start climbing outdoors. Part two includes good practice for people
placing bolts, covering all of the important issues which must be addressed in
order to do this competently and with the correct equipment as below.
